• EARLY BIRD SURGICAL SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Extended to Nov.7
  Since users are still acclimating to the new platform, the OAGS will only charge a late fee if registering on the day of the event.
  Both OAGS Members and Non-Members who want to attend MUST still pre-register for events.  Paying dues DOES NOT automatically register you for events.  Current OAGS Members will receive 100% registration discount for Day 1 event. 
  OAGS MEMBER EVENT REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS WILL ONLY BE APPLIED AT FINAL CHECKOUT, just before entering credit card details.

Welcome to the new OAGS Member Portal .  If you were a member or registered for an event with the OAGS within the last 2 years, an account has been automatically created for you.  Some of you may still have dues owing for the current fiscal. This portal allows you to renew your dues, register for events and update your profile.  Please be sure to save and keep private your personalized login username/ password that you created for future visits.  This portal pertains to the current calendar fiscal year (Jan-Dec).  Kindly review each tab and update appropriately.  Your patience is appreciated while we transition to this new membership platform, but feel free to contact the OAGS office if you have any concerns.  (Note: A 2.9% surcharge may be added to credit card transactions to cover payment processing costs.)

1. Membership (STEP 1):  If your Membership payment status is green "Active", then you're paid up for the current fiscal year (Jan-Dec, 2025).  Do NOT pay again.  If it says "Expired", your membership dues for the current fiscal are still owing and you are asked to consider renewing your dues and proceed with payment.   (NOTE: Members MUST still register for all events.  You do not need to be an OAGS member to register for events, but some OAGS events are FREE/discounted for current OAGS members upon checkout.)  Membership Category Definition Criteria can be found here.
2. Agenda (STEP 2): Your event tickets will appear here. If you have already registered for any upcoming events (i.e. 2025 OAGS Surgical Symposium), they will appear here.  If there is nothing here, you need to proceed to the Events tab to register.  NOTE: Bring your QR code ticket with you to scan in at the OAGS Registration desk on the day of the event.
3. Events (STEP 3):  Both Members and Non-Members MUST register in advance for all events. You can register for upcoming events here for the Nov.8-9 wkd: OAGS Surgical Symposium, Child Care, Evening Mixer, CAGS polypectomy course. IF YOU WANT OAGS MEMBER DISCOUNTS, BE SURE STEP 1 SHOWS "ACTIVE" or PAID IN "MEMBERSHIP" TAB FIRST.  Once ready, proceed to EVENTS tab.  You need to choose "Ticket" and "Add to Cart" for each event registration. Click on the cart icon to view cart. Click "checkout" when ready to pay.  Click "sign out" under cart to clear cart. NOTE: Current OAGS MEMBER DISCOUNT will ONLY be applied AT FINAL CHECKOUT, just before you enter credit card details.  To avoid duplicate registrations, check the Agenda tab first.
4. Profile: Please update your preferred name, email, hospital, contact details here. (date of birth is not required)  If you change your email here, then your username changes as well.
5. Transactions: This should reflect what you have paid for the Jan-Dec 2025 fiscal only.
6. Sign Out: This closes your visit.  To access password protected pages on the OAGS websites in the future, you should stay signed on.  Password protected pages will go into affect in the new year.
