Thank you for your continued support.  Our new 2026 fiscal year has begun Jan1-Dec31 (with a grace period until March 31/26).  Autorenewal should be automatic if you previously authorized it; transfer of funds is slated to occur on ~ March 29, 2026.  Otherwise, you will have to renew manually. 

(Note: A 3% surcharge will be added to credit card transactions to cover payment processing costs.)

1. Membership (STEP 1):  If your Membership payment status is green "Active", then you're paid up for the current fiscal year (grace period ending March 31).  If it says "Expired", your membership dues are still owing. Visit our Membership page for more Category Definition Criteria details (i.e. Active, Associate, Inactive, Resident/Fellow).
2. Agenda (STEP 2): If you already registered for an event, your event tickets will appear here.
3. Events (STEP 3):  You can register for events here. 
4. Profile: Please update your preferred name, email, hospital, contact details, auto-renewal here. (date of birth is NOT required)  If you change your email here, then your username changes as well.
5. Transactions: This should reflect your recent payment history.
6. Sign Out: This closes your visit. 

Early Bird Rate Deadline: September 1st, 2026.  This discount will be applied to our event registration only (see Events page).  Current OAGS Members in good standing will receive 100% registration discount for the OAGS Surgical Symposium and upcoming webinars, but you MUST REGISTER for the event before the Early Bird Deadline. THESE DISCOUNTS WILL ONLY BE APPLIED AT FINAL CHECKOUT, just before entering credit card details. Troubleshoot:  When asked if you are an "Existing Client" or "I Have An Account", check the box, enter your email address and continue;  otherwise, you will get an error. NOTE:  If you are still having trouble registering, please CONTACT THE OAGS OFFICE.
